[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark Matrix robot self cleaning vacuum is a wonderful machine. I really like the self cleaning feature. During its operation, if the vacuum is full it will return to base, empty, and then pickup where it left off. Other great features include the spot cleaning setting, ability to clean one room or the whole house, and quietness during operation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have chronic pain in my back so some days I can't do much so this little gal we named Lucy gets all my floors vacuumed including the dog hair from my beloved dog Otis who sheds enough to make a blanket!! I was just amazed how it picked up his hair like nothing.

The directions with apps is easy enough to understand and setup but had a little trouble with mapping but figured it out.
Im super happy with it and glad to have it as it's been such a huge help to me!

This vacuum has been a lifesaver. We love knowing that this machine runs effectively and efficiently even without us being home! I would recommend this to anyone with pets or kids who could use an assist with cleanup!

Good for intermittent cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first robot vacuum I've owned. I am pretty impressed with how well it maps and navigates the house. The app makes it easy to tell it to give the living room a once over or "Matrix Clean" (go over the area twice) in the kitchen. It does really well picking up the clumps of pet hair and bits of dirt tracked in around the house. However, I wouldn't say it can completely replace your normal vacuum. It tends to just push around a loose rug in the foyer and power cords/charging cables are its kryptonite. I wouldn't use it completely unattended in case a pet had an accident. The self-emptying feature is very nice. Whenever it's full, it heads back to base and empties, then carries on where it left off. The robot vacuum alone is not as loud as a regular vacuum - you can watch TV while it's working just need to turn up the volume a few notches. The only time it is really loud is when it empties into the base, but that only lasts less that a minute. Overall I am well pleased with this little robot.

Horrible product that doesn’t work most days

I bought this a year and a half ago and I wish I had returned it when I could. It’s awful. There is always an issue with emptying into the base & it won’t clean until you fix it so doesn’t clean often. It bangs into everything and no matter how many magnetic strips or “DO NOT GO” areas on the map in the app, it still just goes wherever it wants. Save your money
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Junk. 3rd one in a month. All 3 are the worst thing I've ever owned. Will not MAP correctly, totally confused, absolutely useless.
