Can't recommend this one

Can't recommend this one. It cleans great and can work on a (limited) schedule, but it keeps disconnecting from the wifi, which is necessary for it to run. Several times a month, I have to reconnect it by opening the app, pressing and holding the buttons on the vacuum, allowing permissions again, and resetting my wifi to 2.4 GHz from my Internet provider account. The problem is not my Internet because my other devices that run off of the same network stay connected. The Do Not Disturb function also doesn't work.

Disappointing!

Does not keep a charge very long even after charging for 24 hours. Should have 2 brushes, one on each side, stops after only cleaning 3 rooms and doesn’t resume its mapping! Very Disappointing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great robot!!!

My Shark is a life saver. The robot vacuums my tile floors and carpet with a touch of a button. The only addedd step I do is mop my floors once a week. Great robot and worth the investment.

Hot, Lost Garbage

I bought this in December, and, initially, it worked fine. But then Shark did something to break the software and now when I tell it to clean a specific room it takes a single lap around the outside edge of the entire house, returns to its dock, and plays its silly little victory noise. Much like I imagine the devs did when they broke the software. I am actively trying to get a refund, but you shouldn't buy it at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have a mixture of hard floor and low pile carpeted surfaces and this does none of it particularly well. It has a tendency to get stuck under furniture and needs to be rescued frequently. I’m also not a fan of it charging fully before finishing its mission. From the time it starts, fully recharges and completes the program it takes a total of 4-5 hours, most of which is charging. We had a different brand robot vac and it would only charge enough to finish the job before returning to the base and fully charge. The rotating blue end of self cleaning brush has a tendency to get hair wrapped under the capped end and it isn’t very easy to get it cleaned out. On the plus side emptying the dust bin and cleaning the vacuum and filters/base is convenient and well thought out. I like the app and available programming options. I just wish the vacuum could perform the available tasks better. It’s unlikely I would buy again.

Worked well for about 1.5 years
