I traded my other one. Because of issues my son paid for a better vacuum not satisfied with what you sent me it is noisy and don’t pick up as well and

Excellent - give it a try

My older shark robotic vacuum started acting up and support was not able to assist. They graciously offered to replace it with this new model. So far it's been GREAT. Even through there is only 1 Brush it still picks up dog hair and sand extremely well. This model does not require as much daily maintenance compared to the older model which had to be hand cleaned out at least once a day as everything would get stuck in the roller area. Definitely recommend this product and this model. We have 3 large dogs and live in a sandy area and it picks up all of that with ease

App needs work.

So far the robot does a good job, but the app neeeds work. Cannot create schedules for specific rooms on specific days. It’s the whole house or not. Would love to have the kitchen everyday and others maybe once a week.

Powerful robot vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a powerful robot vacuum! I have always been a Shark brand fan, I truly believe they make the best vacuums. I love the mapping feature that this vacuum has, I found it to be pretty accurate. Overall the vacuum is pretty quiet, other than when it empties itself. I am amazed at how much it picks up in my house! It also has a scheduling feature which is necessary with small children who take naps and go to bed early. The battery life seems to last a long while and it docks itself when it needs to charge. I’m looking forward to having this vacuum to keep my floors looking and feeling much cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to give it a higher rating but it’s not the most effective at getting every spot on the floors clean when sending the robot out to a certain room. The battery dies pretty fast for me so half way through the clean it needs to return to the base. Other than that it’s a fun device and helps with cleaning but it’s not as effective as I thought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m pretty impressed! Setup was easy — took about 15 minutes to connect to Wi-Fi and map the house using the SharkClean app. The self-emptying feature is a game-changer; I only have to empty the base every month or so, which is great because I have two cats who shed constantly. It cleans in a methodical grid pattern, which makes a big difference compared to my old random-pattern robot vacuum. Suction is strong and picks up pet hair, litter, and even crumbs from carpets and hard floors. The obstacle detection works well, though it occasionally struggles with thin cords or small toys. It’s a little noisy, especially when it self-empties, but that’s a small price for the convenience.
