Vacuuming a breeze

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just moved into a newly remodeled condo. There is a lot of dust still settling. I love my Shark robatic cleaner. I have it programmed to clean every other day and it keeps up with dust. It’s very easy to set up and program on your smart phone if you chose. I look forward to it being my helper in keeping my condo clean. By the way rugs with fringes are not a problem. The shark goes right over them.

Great Vacuum, But Software Needs Some Work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Matrix Vacuum is a great little helper. It picks up more than my old robot vacuum. It mapped the house quickly and on the first try. It also picked up a lot more dirt and pet hair than my previous vacuum.
However, there are some quirks. First, the vacuum got stuck a few times. We have it set to "Evacuate and Resume" where it is supposed to empty every 30 minutes, however, if the vacuum gets stuck and pauses, that timer seems to reset. This means the vacuum was full and never emptied itself, which makes me question how much cleaning it actually did.
Also, the app is missing some basic features that other robot vacuums have. It doesn't show you where it is on the map, what pathing it took, or how much is left. This seems like basic features given that it has LIDAR. I'm also not sure if it has auto-carpet boost where suction increases when its on carpet. Finally, it also makes more noise than other vacuums, like something (either the brush or the roller) is rubbing against something as it spins.

Works amazing at getting all of the pet hair that the broom misses and all the little sand pieces that attach to your shoes. It empties itself and you only need to do it once in a while. Great item for easy cleaning.

Love this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Matrix robo-vac is an extremely awesome tool in my house to keep it spotless! It’s been working fantastically well, and I’m very happy to say it’s been keeping my house clean with a super minuscule amount of effort.
I got this machine about a few weeks ago, and it was my first dive into robot vacuums. What really delegated this from others is the Matrix technology they said is included, which means that it goes over spots multiple times throughout its run, which makes the cleaning much more “spotless” than other vacuums who do a “one-and-done” approach. Overall, the vacuum works really well for my apartment, and I’m definitely considering getting another when I move to a house with multiple floors.
Unboxing and setup was pretty easy to do. Just downloaded the Shark app and connected my vacuum through there. While that works great for some, I use Home Assistant in my household for managing smart devices and routines, so I threw it into there instead.
The biggest thing that I think surprises me about this vacuum is how quiet it can be. I have it running on a routine to start vacuuming as soon as it hits 2AM, and I’m a pretty light sleeper, so not being able to audibly hear the vacuum is a big plus for me.
In addition, this vacuum knows where it’s going, which is a huge plus for cleaning just one room on the spot, or configuring it so that certain rooms get cleaned at different times.
The last feature I really want to talk about is the bagless base station that the vacuum docks at. It’s a really convenient feature that keeps me away from prying at the actual vacuum to get the trash out, and it’s a must for me going forward with robo-vacs.
Overall, I haven’t been able to find any flaws that really point out at me except for local control (potentially with an API?), away from the cloud. Having that would make integrations with other platforms a great experience, and would immensely level up how much I would recommend this vacuum. However, this is more of an advanced subject than what the generic user might use.
Anyways, I’m very happy with this vacuum, and it’s been doing a great job at keeping my place clean and tidy with very minimal effort. Definitely buying another Shark vacuum soon!

Love this vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a robotic vacuum for months and am so happy to finally have one! I have mostly hardwood floors and it works great, picking up all of the dirt. I will say I still have to go through and dust occasionally as it doesn’t seem to wipe that up as well, but I still save loads of time using the shark robotic vacuum. I also love the programming features that let me tailor the robot to my needs. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a vacuum.

The self empty function is amazing as well, so easy to clean no need to worry about the vacuum it goes back to her spot and it's done
