[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the app and everything was so easy to do. They have images and step by step lists on how to activate the vacuum as well as instructions on how to maintain it. It does not take up too much space and I feel comfortable having this vacuum around. It is easy to use and there is not a lot of work required. Very durable and sturdy. Love the fact that it can detect walls or any obstacles.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is so easy to use and works great! It easily maps your areas to clean and then cleans beautifully! I love not having to physically do any thingI I empty the vacuum once a month or so and just let it do all the work.

It has incredible suction power and works great on multiple surfaces such as carpets or hardwood floors. I personally have two long haired cats who constantly shed and this vacuum works wonders on pet hair and dander. With Matrix Clean, the robot vacuum cleans using a precision grid taking multiple passes over dirt and debris for deep cleaning coverage. The robot vacuum empties itself into a bag less, self emptying base that holds up to 45 days of dirt and debris, It even has a self-cleaning brushroll that is engineered to pick up more hair and is anti-hair wrap. I was blown away with the technology and ease of use. It has Precision Home Mapping 360 degree Lidar that quickly and accurately maps your home so your robot can detect objects in its path day or night, constantly adapting, My home has never been cleaner and I literally get to sit back and watch the work get done for me.

Everything from small pieces of dirt, dog hair to piles of dirt. It was so simple to unbox and get it up and running. I love the sleek design and that it can maneuver around furniture. It is so quite and I can control it with an app. Hands down the best robot vacuum out there. It also self empties. Amazing product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Shark Matrix Self Emptying Robot Bagless Vacuum. It’s was so quick and easy to start using it right out of the box. I downloaded the Shark app, sent the robot to map out my house, and named each room after mapping was complete. Now I can send it to clean each room or one room in particular. I love that I can set a weekly schedule for the days and times I would like the Shark Matrix to vacuum. It’s very quiet when it leaves it docking home and keeps my house so clean. I can also set up No Go Zones for areas that I don’t want or need it to go. That is a great feature. When it returns to it dock it will empty itself into the base so it’ll be ready to clean at its next scheduled time and day. The Shark Matrix Self Emptying Bagless Vacuum is absolutely the best vacuum I’ve ever used and it is designed so nicely that it would fit in with any home decor. I would highly recommend it to others.

You can set a schedule for the vacuum or just instruct it to clean whenever you want. It scans your house to get the layout before it cleans so it can get every corner. Really wonderful product

It is easy to set up and makes vacuuming an effortlessly easy job now. I love the settings and easy of the hands free ness. I just turn it on and let it go do it's thing. It's not loud either and my long shedded hair doesn't get stuck either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has been amazing - the mapping went really well and was accurate, the app makes it easy to set a schedule, and it does a great job cleaning! I was surprised at just how efficient it is, even in corners and nooks. We haven’t had any issues with it getting stuck or missing any spots and I love that I can set and choose specific areas to vacuum when needed.
We have a dog and a crawling baby and this has made my life so much easier. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical, but I really can’t imagine not having one at this point - it’s been that wonderful!
