Bought this for my bar business. Had it a week and it has been plugged more times then not. Does not have the suction needed for commercial flooring. I love shark vacs and this was my first battery operated one and was very disappointed.
Do not be confused with how amazing shark vacs are with this rating of this style alone!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So sad I don't like it

I am a Shark girlie! But I can't get behind this vacuum! It clogs very easily, doesn't seem to have much suction, and leaves a lot behind. Does a decent job on non-carpeted floors but I don't recommend for carpet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had the Shark for about 3 weeks and so far I am quite pleased with the quality and how efficient it is. I especially like the way I can vacuum the steps.

Can’t say enough good things about this vacuum. It runs well pick us up well and the charge will last for me to do the whole house. I would highly recommend this product for a floors. Love the headlights on it.
