Love my Shark Cordless

I have owned Shark cordless vacuums for many, many years. I love the Rotator style. I have had to move into the new model SV2000. I only had it a few days but it seems to be more powerful. I have some confusion on the charging lights. The old models lights stayed blinking the entire time on the charger. Now I'm told the light goes out when charged. Sometimes when placing the machine in the charger both carpet and floor lights blink until charged, then they both shut off. Sometimes only one light blinks until charges then both go off. Inconsistancies a problem or not?

Perfect vacuum

I just got this and absolutely love it. Much quieter then my old Shark and has a light too.Not sure on run time yet but so far so good. Suction is excellent for my needs. I use on my hardwood floors, tile and carpet . My family makes fun of me as I vacuum morning and night.

I would buy from this company again head a shark vac almost a year great machine the brush stop working contacted shark they helped me figure out what was wrong the part I needed was not available any more so they in turn sent me the newest version of what I had at no charge works better than the one we had very satisfied customer great company to deal with thanks for the help

Only had it for a couple of weeks but it works great! My previous unit has some issues and the Shark team went above and beyond assisting me with the warranty process!
