[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung compatibility with the smart things app. I love the remote feature and casting from YouTube only take a few seconds to begin. Really great picture quality and overall very pleased with the TV.

Despite the description saying it has Dolby atmos it most certainly does not nor does the soundbar that also advertised Dolby atmos.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review, and I'm sorry to hear of this misunderstanding. Please know Samsung's Q80D TV absolutely features built-in Dolby Atmos audio.
If a menu setting is grayed out, this does not indicate that something is wrong with your TV. It just means that a function or certain settings are not available based on the current source, settings, or connections. For example, some options may be grayed out if you are currently watching content from an app or external device. Long press the 'Return' key on your remote to exit the program you are in and go back to the menu - all settings should now be available.
