I bought this watch as a gift for my husband, and the only thing he said is how awsome.this watch is compare to his old one, tracking his sleeping and the heart rate are excellent. Plus his others features too.

Nice watch, but useless

I bought this watch at the beginning of the year and was very excited to start a fitness journey being able to monitor my heart rate and heart rate recovery. Things we're going great until a recent update to the app that the watch uses. It now assigns a crazy maximum heart rate that throws off the heart rate zones. It even went into my stored workouts and ruined them by recalculating everything using heart rate zones that are way off. And there is no way to override the erroneous maximum HR it uses or fix all of my workouts. So it won't measure correctly while I'm working out and months of workout data are useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
