I use it to track all of my workouts and get feedback and it also comes in handy when I need to access quick notifications without having to use my phone. It's seamless action across multiple apps makes it user friendly.

Interesting features, such as:
Changing watch face, checking local and other destinations weather, tracking physical activity (steps, differing exercises, EKG), tracking sleep, phone notifications, phone calls, timers, music, maps and some internet access features;

My first smart watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My initial assessment of smartwatches led me to believe they lacked sufficient value. However, after receiving one as a gift two years ago, my perspective has evolved. I opted for the smaller screen size, a decision I now regret; the larger screen is preferable unless wrist size is exceptionally small. Performance was satisfactory until the sixth software update, after which I noticed some slowdown. Nevertheless, the device's accuracy in tracking various metrics was consistently excellent. The integrated assistant proved useful for setting alarms and timers. While the rotating bezel was a welcome feature, its usage frequency was lower than anticipated.

Its seamless integration with my S23, providing access to information and applications, is a significant advantage. The capabilities for heart health monitoring, stress level assessment, and automated workout tracking are particularly valuable. Furthermore, the battery life is excellent, lasting throughout the day with ample power remaining before requiring a recharge. The ability to access emails on the go offers considerable business efficiency, saving both time and resources.
