I work from home and can't use my phone which is also a samsung so the watch is perfect because it sinks everything. Including the AI feature which is extremely helpful for the industry I work in which is property casualty insurance. Makes looking up codes laws ect fast and efficient. I use it also for exercise tracking like walking or cycles. Counts my steps keps track of my body measurements especially helpful because I'm in the process of losing weight. Calculates heartrate blood pressure everything to try and get and keep you healthy. Would not know what to do without it.

Having a watch is handy not only to tell time but to call or text if needed. I love how the workout setting let's me know when I've completed my goal.
