Potential fraudulent activity - refurbishing agent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Classic in May 2022 and traded it in for a Watch5 Pro in March 2023, which was approximately 10 months later. This illustrates how well I take care of my devices.
In July 2023, I attempted to trade in my Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro for a Watch6 Classic, only four months after the previous trade-in. However, I received an email stating that the trade-in was not acceptable due to the watch not working.
I have photographic evidence taken just before shipping, clearly showing the watch in working condition. Consequently, I requested the return of the watch but have not yet received it back. In the interim, Samsung charged me for the trade-in value.
I'm deeply disappointed and feel betrayed, suspecting potential fraudulent activity involving the refurbishing agent.

The best always on classic side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I m a person recovering from a car accident and every 40 min I have to stretch the whatch remind me of that I also use the steps every day since I can do the regular exercise also I can see how many calories I burn in a day by the walking by been in the pool. My samsung health I use that to the tea and yes I don't have to use the phone to make call from my watch. Beside of helping and many features of the classic watch it is elegante.

Best looking Galaxy watch to date!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 47mm galaxy watch 6 classic fits my wrist perfectly. Glad the rotating Bezel is back. Watch 5 pro did not cut it for me. Watch 6 is snappy and fast and with 2 days battery life if you adjust settings accordingly. Great job samsung. Please keep listening to your customers.

Good Device, Low battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Device has the premium feel with body and comfortable straps. But, the battery life is horrible. I need to charge it atleast twice each day or it dies on me. The battery life is not manageable by power saving or anything and this is when I don't even use the LTE feature.

The watch has a great design

A big improvement in size and performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I updated from the watch 4 classic and love the larger watch and smaller bezel. Much easier to read! I use the watch for alarms, for time and temp and most importantly for walking distance, exercise, and vitals such as heart rate and sleep. The most improvement I've noticed is on the watch is the heart rate monitor. Distance has always been pretty accurate but even more so why the Watch 6. Sleep stats are also much improved and useful! The watch is all in all fantastic!
