Very useful watch, response time a bit slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using my watch for a while, pretty good. Only negative comment is that when I open up the wallet app, there is a noticeable lag after I do my code before the available cards show up. Would be great to have this happen faster as that is when everyone is waiting for me to pay.
Not sure if there is Galaxy Ai on the watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using my smart watch has helped me in health care by improving my time management and putting information that I frequently use ( i.e. passwords) right on my arm and always within reach.
Galaxy AI, Bixby in this case, allows me ready access to web based information and can call out to other offices and clinics to make interdisciplinary patient care a real time reality. Coordinating on the go is impressive and helps me be a better clinician.

Very useful and proficient little gadget

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how quick and responsive this watch is compared to others. There's a good deal of features that I use daily and with the new security updates it doesn't feel like my watch is just a glorified original galaxy watch without the camera.

Underwhelming experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first smart watch I've owned and I thought that being the 6th in the series it would be a lot more than it was.
The menus and apps take a long time to load, it took me over a year to understand it wasn't reading my gestures because I had to wear it in a very specific way and I still haven't found a way to integrate Galaxy AI with it.
Bixby doesn't get the commands right most of the times. I've seen other smartwatches and their interfaces are sleeker and animations are smoother. The fact that it relies on developers for the watch faces means that most of the free ones aren't that great.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If the watch screen is slow to respond, frozen, or not responding at all the issue could be caused by outdated software, a third-party app, or even the watch's physical condition. Unclean hands, optional accessories, gloves, and sharp objects can also prevent the screen from responding properly. Please ensure that Gestures are enabled and configured on your device. Next, check wrist detection and watch fit. Ensure that your watch is worn snugly on your wrist. If you have wrist detection enabled and are heavily tattooed, this artwork might be affecting the sensor's ability to pick up movements. You may consider turning off wrist detection in the watch settings if this applies. Also, check for software updates. Then you can restart your watch. The Galaxy Watch6 Classic, running on One UI 6 Watch, features Galaxy AI-powered enhancements focused on health and wellness. These include features like the Energy Score, personalized health recommendations, and enhanced sleep tracking. Bixby may occasionally display an error message or not respond to your voice commands. Before anything else, make sure your device is connected to either a Wi-Fi or mobile data network. If it's connected but you're still experiencing issues, you will need to clear the data for all of Bixby's system apps.
