My watch 6 classic(43mm) battery only lasts 12 hours before charging! I have everything turned off and still only 12 hours. 🤷♂️

Down grade from the watch active, the changes to sleep mode and power saving should get someone fired. Why does the sleep mode not block all notifications, any watch notifications like low battery just ignores sleep mode and buzzes anyway. What is the point of power saving turning off gesture turn on when it gives you a notification every time anyway that you can't use gestures and why does that notification show up every time. Whatever battery you saved from gestures is wasted on non stop notifications that you can only clear instead of turn off. Build quality and screen are good.

We hate to see that you've experienced a shortened battery life on your watch. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. You can perform a diagnostic on your watch's battery. If your watch is paired with a Samsung phone you can use Samsung Members to perform a diagnostic on your watch battery. If it passes the test, you'll know the battery is in good condition. It's also important to make sure that your apps as well as the watch itself are up to date with the latest software available. Sometimes apps may have a bug that causes them to use excessive battery, make sure all your apps are up to date for the best performance. Check out the link attached for additional options to help optimize your watch's battery life. If you only want to see notifications for a few apps on your Wear OS model, you can turn off notifications in the Galaxy Wearable app. Open the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Watch settings, and then tap Notifications. Use it everyday for my basic step count, able to use without phone and receive calls and messages, all the health features cone in useful. The watch bands wear fast, guess cause of my day to day usage. Will explore some more with it to see what other fun useful stuff it has and I could accomplish with it.

Underwhelming experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first smart watch I've owned and I thought that being the 6th in the series it would be a lot more than it was.
The menus and apps take a long time to load, it took me over a year to understand it wasn't reading my gestures because I had to wear it in a very specific way and I still haven't found a way to integrate Galaxy AI with it.
Bixby doesn't get the commands right most of the times. I've seen other smartwatches and their interfaces are sleeker and animations are smoother. The fact that it relies on developers for the watch faces means that most of the free ones aren't that great.

If the watch screen is slow to respond, frozen, or not responding at all the issue could be caused by outdated software, a third-party app, or even the watch's physical condition. Unclean hands, optional accessories, gloves, and sharp objects can also prevent the screen from responding properly. Please ensure that Gestures are enabled and configured on your device. Next, check wrist detection and watch fit. Ensure that your watch is worn snugly on your wrist. If you have wrist detection enabled and are heavily tattooed, this artwork might be affecting the sensor's ability to pick up movements. You may consider turning off wrist detection in the watch settings if this applies. Also, check for software updates. Then you can restart your watch. The Galaxy Watch6 Classic, running on One UI 6 Watch, features Galaxy AI-powered enhancements focused on health and wellness. It's easy to answer calls, respond to msgs, see your calender, keep up with your fitness, set reminders, and you can find new faces for it. Just a graphic, I have important pictures on mine.
