[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch has been efective for me as I have been anle to watch my heart rate and count my daily steps and also answer phone calls and receive messages with my watch instead of hold my phone which is a Samsung flip and also having ear buds also.

Having a watch is handy not only to tell time but to call or text if needed. I love how the workout setting let's me know when I've completed my goal.
