[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from a regular watch, so this is my first time using a smartwatch. I like the features related to sleep tracking and heart rate notifications. It was also useful when I needed to keep my phone in another place but still needed to use some features (e.g., skating). Although one downside is that the product was heavier than I expected, so I wasn't able to wear it all day.

Great device for tracking health and flexibility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from Fossil Gen 5 to this and found the tracking to be more accurate and I appreciate the health features:
-body fat/composition
-arrhythmia detection
-O2 saturation
-Sleep monitoring
-heart rate / exercise
-accurate step count

I also love the fact that it never lags.
The convenience and speed of tap payments/travel tickets as well as many creative gestures are great.
The gestures take some getting used to and the battery life is about 2 days which in spite of fast charging makes it difficult to use day to day if sleep monitoring was a feature you like.
The design and display is great. With a physical dial to turn, I appreciate the versatility of the watch. I use a protector for day to day with a rubber strap.
Then remove the watch protector and swap in a leather strap for more formal events

To ensure the fall detection alarm works properly, open the Galaxy Wearable app, tap on "Watch settings," and then select "Safety and emergency." Enable "Hard fall detection" by tapping the switch next to it, and remember to add any emergency contacts if you don’t have them listed. You can also choose what happens when a fall is detected by tapping on "Hard fall detection" and enabling the option to "Share info with emergency contacts" if you want your watch to automatically send your location information to your loved ones after a fall. You can also select an emergency call option if needed. For improved sensitivity, adjust the fall detection settings to detect falls at all times, even during minor movements, if applicable. If you've already set this up and it's not functioning as expected, check for any pending updates for the watch. If this persists, please reach out to us at Samsung Support for further assistance. -Kelvin
