With the Samsung watch, with addition to viewing text and taking phone calls, it tracks my sleep and provides details of my sleep. Tracks heartrate and ECG. This watch adds a lot more and are similar to my phone. Very excited about this watch.

I Have Enjoyed this Watch

It served me well and when it was time for a new one, it would definitely be another Samsung. I have had this new one for about three months now and it is fantastic. I have it linked to my Samsung Health app on my Samsung phone and it has made a big difference in my life. I recently purchased a new Samsung TV as well and, to my astonishment, the watch pairs will the TV as well. There is Samsung TV app that has free work out videos. I am extremely happy with my purchase and am impressed with the technology.

Everything I wanted in a watch

At the beginning of each day I review my sleep score and gives me advice during the day on how to rest and sleep better. I have established daily target steps and congrats me when I get the job done.
