Keeps me motivated to stay active

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My samsung 6 watch has made me feel more motivated. I felt like I didn't walk much or do much labor while working but seeing it track my steps and movements during the day changed that. I view my body with more respect knowing all it does throughout the day and the progress I've made to keep it in good health. This was a purchase I debated making for so long but I'm glad I did. I love how much I can customize it to fit my needs. Like the scroll bar and the easy access apps. I love the water lock option because I'm a florist. I also really like that it tracks my sleep and heart rate. I hope the notifications for a change in heart rate will be updated for a more accurate read. Other than that I really enjoy my samsung 6 watch!

I did have to switch it to power save mode or it dies too fast. Even on power save it won't make it 24 hours. But I do love being able to use my watch to find my phone! And to track sleep, members menstrual cycles, exercise
Also I can take an EKG when I'm having anxiety and freaking myself out. The EKG tells me I'm not dying lol

I use it not just for staying active. I use it for function. The calendar, the timer, the reminders, etc.
Of course getting messages and alerts is so great.
When another comes out I will get that one as well
