I've had this for a month and really love it. It has an air freshener on it and I can smell it even at the lowest setting. The timer is a great feature too

Breathing better

I’ve had this for a few weeks now. It has really helped with my allergies and asthma. I was hesitant to buy an air purifier because of the cost. For me it has been worth it. I’m now considering getting the bigger purifier for the living room.

Great in theory, poor in performance

Purchased this three weeks ago, have had it set up for a week now running, the prefilter screens on both sides are as clean as the day I turned it on the first time. My window AC unit filters more dust than this thing does. I would return it but I threw the box away, stupidly, because every Shark Vacuum I own has been amazing so I thought this should be as well. WRONG. My little dog is litter trained, when he goes to the bathroom the unit doesn't even kick on from auto to a higher speed to clean the air, 30 minutes later the air smells the same. I am going to give it a full month then if it doesn't work I will bite the bullett and buy another brand.

Lifesaver for smoky conditions!

My doctor recommended that we buy an air purifier for our house to help reduce dust. The timing of our order was perfect, because right when it arrived, the smoke from nearby wildfires was blowing into our area and the air quality took a dive. Our house feels so much nicer now and keeps it clear of all of the usual dust and dirt particles, as well as wildfire smoke. (I also have to add: the little chime is has when you push a button is absolutely darling!)

I really enjoy this Shark NeverChange™ Air Purifier MAX.
The white color matches with everything I have in that room.
It runs quietly because I use the Auto mode. Beautiful product design.

I do not use the Odor Neutralizer because I do not need to neutralize odors, none.

We purchased this about 3 weeks ago and it has work very well. We have a large Lab that is inside and the order has went down amazingly well. My husband has asthma and it has helped him too!

I’ve had the Never Change Max running for a few weeks now. The air smells cleaner and the unit automatically adjusts when something changes. I had something on the stove that created a little smoke and within seconds, the Never Change Purifier increased fan speed and showed an 80% air quality. The fan gradually slowed until the smell was gone and air quality was back to 100%.
