Instructions Could Be Better

Just bought this as a recommendation from a friend. Set-up instructions were easy; however, it only came with 1 page and nothing about the control panel settings. It took me a long time to find my model (the website is huge) and finally found the manual. But, the font is so tiny on the control panel I had to get magnifying glass to read. Shark can do better. You should send complete instructions with this product. Some folks do not have internet and capability to read tiny font. Please improve. Hoping this unit does what it's supposed to don.

Love my Air Purifier

So happy with this product. It has cleared our air. I had burnt just a little bit of my toast, and right away, the Shark got to cleaning our air ! We have a cat, and it seems to have cleared that smell as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent air quality

Excellent air purifier for clean air. It constantly checks the air quality and turns itself on and off when it is set to auto mode. It is also pretty quiet for the amount of air it cleans. The main hepa filter lasts for 5 years. Hopefully it doesn’t cost too much when it needs to be changed. However the two side filters need to be cleaned regularly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Performs as Advertised!

We purchased the Shark air purifier as a replacement for one that did not perform very well. The Shark actually performs at a level that the advertisement claimed! It adjusts the level of air circulation automatically, It is super quiet and easy to maintain. We have been very happy with this purchase and would not hesitate to recommend this product to friends.

Breathe easier!

Have had the unit up and running for a couple weeks now and so far so good! I'm obsessed with watching the numbers. I got the smaller 650 ft lilac one for my bedroom suite too and it's the same. I love that you can dim the display and how quiet this runs. I'll continue to stick with Shark!

Units failed in three months.

Purchased two units for 2100 sq.ft. house. They worked great for three months. Then they stopped working. Both units would only register 0 clean air. Cleaned the Hepa Filter per the instructions, cleaned all air screens including the sensor on the back. They worked....for two weeks and stopped again. Have cleaned the units every two weeks for three months. Today, neither unit will register. Cleaned them again for the second time in two days and still neither works. It is like they are talking/linked to each other...AI???? Shark replaced one unit but these units do not last 5 hears, they don't even last 1 year. Totally disappointed for the big money, not worth it.

Expensive fan.

I have had this thing for several months and there really is no rhyme or reason to why it comes on or goes off. It basically detects faint smells (good or bad) and comes on. It does NOTHING for dust, as the dust is collecting around it months later. It just doesn't do what I assumed it was supposed to do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
