Breathing Easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My youngest son suffers from seasonal allergies and it was becoming more and more apparent, due to climate changes. Our pediatrician suggested that we use a Hepa filter and so we began testing out the Shark Never Change Air Purifier Max. There are multiple impressive findings that have won us over. First of all the Hepa filter is designed to last up to 5 years without replacing. Instead one has to easily clean (not replace) the two side filter screens that protect the filter in order to remove any airborne dust, hair or lint that may become trapped. Secondly it covers a wide area up to 1400 square feet, which means my open floor plan is sufficiently covered without having to move the unit around nor having to run multiple units on the first floor. Another great feature is that this machine neutralizes the air, removing offensive smells, like fish frying or pet odors. I find that it works most quietly on the two lowest settings and still gets the job done. Setting it on Max can be quite noisy and may be annoying if run for an extended period of time. Putting it on the Auto-setting, will allow the machine to go to work all on its own, purifying the air. We really like the contemporary design and feel it would compliment any decor. Shark has made a superior machine that can be perfect for anyone, especially those with allergies or respiratory issues. Would recommend!

Quiet and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice air purifier. Simple to use and operates on it's own. The deodorizer is a nice added bonus. The controls are easy to understand and filters are easy to clean. This air purifier works 24/7 and does a good job.

Bought this as a present. Just plugged it in and it works great and covers a big area. The only downside is that I purchased this after getting a Shark account with a nice discount and I could have bought it twice since then and saved another $20. A little peeved about that. Still very nice even though I could have saved money after purchasing the unit.

This very quiet air purifier works great! I love how light it is so I can move it to different rooms. It is quiet and unobtrusive when I am watching a show on TV or working on my computer. It changes the air quailty from 83 to 100 in a short period of time. It doesn't scare my timid cat.

~ MAGIC in the AIR ~

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot believe we went years without one of these - the results are INSTANT. We live in the midwest. Basically a RED ZONE for all things related to air quality, pollen, pollution, etc. We also have dog, birds, cats. During the mornings, we like to open our windows to let some fresh air in but we also get the pollen. For years, I've had to have an inhaler as it affected my lungs.
We tried the Shark NeverChange Air Purifier and what a wonderful piece of modern technology. Out of the box, it was ready to plug in. You also get the odor neutralizer (we have a home gym and that room gets rather muggy and smelly).
We love the look, design, functionality, and the SILENCE of this thing. Even when it's fully powered. There's no distractions or attention drawn. It's beautifully sitting there in the corner doing serious work.
I love the digital reader that shows you what your air quality is. We noticed how low our score would get after making breakfast, cutting the grass, or even running the vacuum cleaner. Rather than that air simply circulating with your ceiling fans, this purifier is recycling the air and you can feel the magic. The first night we ran this and then walked downstairs, it felt like a brand new atmosphere we were in due to the amazing air quality and smell.
I haven't used my inhaler as I have had no breathing issues after we received this. That 'home smell' every home has is no longer present as the odor neutralizer makes your home / air smell quite amazing. I no longer have to apologize to my guests as we walk past the gym room as it normally smells just like a gym bag but it smells pleasant!
This is a MUST HAVE piece of technology for anyone. Homes need these and your quality of life will appreciate you for it. We cannot recommend this enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The SHARK " Never Change Air Purifier Max" (Model: HP302) with adjustable odor neutralizer technology, 4-layers of filtration system (high performance nanoseal HEPA, activated carbon, medium particle and debris defense) efficiently self adjusts its fan speed based on the air's pollution level while still running insanely quiet. Furthermore, the unit did an excellent job clearing the air while doing frying - not only in the kitchen area but also the adjacent dining room, responding in real-time and automatically reacting to prodigiously purify pollutants and odors in minutes. Bottom line, the stunningly aesthetic Shark Never Change Air Purifier Max does a phenomenal purification of indoor pollutants and odors.
