Leaks from the bottom

I’ve had mine for a little over a month and now the bottle has started leaking from the bottom where the blades are spun.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great blending ability

I have used this daily and it does the trick. I use it for blending power greens with other veggies. It blends all very smoothly. Have had it 3 weeks and have only charged once.

Great blender, difficult lid

I have been using this blender for about 2 months. I love the convenience of it, but the top is so difficult. Hard to screw on correctly and getting it off takes more muscle than i have some days. Please fix the lid to make it easier. Also, I cut off the plastic handle/strap, it just gets in the way. I would recommend this option for everyday busy life, but i use my regular Ninja on the weekends as the vessel is so much easier to deal with.
I would recommend this to a friend!

LOVE MY BLAST MAX BLENDER!!!!! Got it as a Christmas gift. No problems except!!! My cup dropped and 2 of the bottom brackets broke!! I am trying to find a replacement but unable to. Can you help me out? My model number is BC125GY L. It’s an 18 oz

Terrible battery life

Travel hassle

Customs confiscated the cup, since it has the blades attached. Totally forgot about that, so not going to get one again. Better to get one, with separate blades.....!

Horrible- do not buy!!!

Absolutely horrible! The device flashed orange once it started blending the smoothie which literally consisted of strawberries, almond milk & protein powder just as a test smoothie & it literally never stopped being the solid orange color. It doesn’t work & im very disappointed. Definitely looking to return & get a full refund

Do NOT put in dishwasher

It’s NOT dishwasher safe… I was using this everyday, noticed some residues of use in some areas wanted a deeper cleaning and put it in the dishwasher now the lid doesn’t fit, no cover under warranty the vessel is not covered so now I’m stuck with a motor that can’t use

We recognize how concerning it is to feel left with a motor you can’t use.
For reference, the vessel and sip lid are top‑rack dishwasher safe when used correctly. It’s important that the heated dry cycle is not used, and that both the vessel and sip lid are removed from the motor base before placing them in the dishwasher. We appreciate you calling this out.
