The unit as its shipped is a good unit for level ground and good yard drainage. I have had mine 2 years now and here a couple of things I recommend.
1)Purchase the other set of wheels that a spiked as the grip better in wet soil and inclines.
2)Purchase you a game controller that works with Android. Purchase a cheap 100 pad that is an android system. The application to use does not work with Apple Os on a pad or laptop. You get a much better visual with the pad and controller, I actually just set the pad down and used only the controller when I set it up after having extreme issues trying it with a phone. Once I set it up with the pad it worked the entire yard with no issues, no cross overs and was able to get closer to stay outs. They do need to keep up to date with the others that are using AI and cameras.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 6-5-2026.This was a DIY set-up. APP downloaded onto iphone SE, did a quick read of included docs plus watched online how-to videos. I used cloud configuration (not a boundary wire or REF antenna that was included). FYI to others I suggest scanning the QR code that's on the back of the automower first before viewing the install videos. Backyard and front yard and transit lanes and stay out zones perform well and as expected. Most problems are related to signal interference due to solar flares causing "searching for satellite" messages and having to trim around stay out areas.. I would purchase this mower again.

My wife was a big sceptic but when she seen how easy it was to set up and once she seen how it cut our grass and the ease of changing the blades she changed her mind. Now she loves the it and tells our neighbors how she loves it.

I have been extremely impressed with the Husqvarna Automower 410Q. From the moment it was installed, it has been one of the easiest lawn-care products I’ve ever owned. The setup process was straightforward, and the controls are simple and user-friendly, even for someone who isn’t particularly tech-savvy.
