I liked the door camera it works well having a god image in the hd mode. I received few false alarms and only one missed alarm. I feel there are quite a few limitations in the software that is much better in other systems. I will be sending it back because of the problems I have with the other items I purchased.

I purchased this doorbell to replace a Ring video doorbell pro which only lasted a few years. The Ring always had an issue with slow notifications and sometimes had significant video hesitation. The Lorex doorbell sends notifications within a few seconds and rarely has any video hesitation.

This security doorbell works great picking up people motion. Picks up vehicle motion sometime when entering driveway, but that’s ok it picks up people movement right away.

I got the lorex home security system maybe a year ago, and I love it. This doorbell is a great addition to that, and the customizable zones are perfect. Picture quality is awesome, I recommend this if you have the rest of the system. It will not disappoint.
