Bad camera horrible support

I have had 2 fail. One was out of warranty and the other was still in warranty. Support is horrible. I was on the phone for 3 hours troubleshooting and trying to get a replacement. Do not buy.

Motion alerts no good

The app never alerts me when there's some moving in fronte of it. and when it alerts 5 minutes pass.

A bit temperamental to install, and it drove me nuts trying to figure out why no events were available for playback until I figured out there was no SD card. Now it's working fine and SD card on order!

Not worth it, 2 in a row were bad.

Ordered 2 of these, one after the other, finally gave up.
Transformer puts out 18. 4 volts to the door.
Mechanical chimes, both doorbell cameras had the same issue. They would turn blue, try to ri g the doorbell and thats it. Tried using usb cord with 2A supply to the doorbells, didnt make it work. About an hour on the phone with a tech who didnt really help. Frustrating call center, a lot of static whenever I call in. Probably a call center in India, good luck.

Overall a great doorbell camera. Like the fact you don’t need a subscription to review video. Wish it was a little cheaper.
