I wasn’t sure if I needed the added mini SD card for this, so it turns out it works with my Lorex camera system and it records the videos and I’m able to go back and review them. So awesome along with great video clarity, as well as a light on the bottom of it, that lights upon motion. I am able to record audio as well. Loving it.

Horrible, didn’t last a year.

I have had the worst experience ever. My doorbell has not worked for 6 months. Dwight is rude. He did nothing, but waste my time. I have to hope someone will knock when they’re at my door now. What a waste and I have loads of LOREX cameras. This one is wired, but their wireless products are even worse. None of them are reliable like they used to be.

The video bell works well

The video bell works well by itself. I also purchases a 2k video system with the thought the doorbell and video system would work together. Not so they have two separate apps to view each system independently.

Wifi reconnect is too cumbersome

Do not like having to reset the camera to put it in Hotspot mode every time our internet wifi goes down for routine maintenance - the doorbell should reconnect to wifi automatically!

Great video doorbells

Purchased two doorbells, 4k and 2k. Easy to install and setup. Plenty of settings to get notifications that you want. Excellent clarity. Love having microsd cards so you don't have to pay monthly/annual fee. I would buy again if needed.
