Blurry Camera Image after 2 years…

After 2 years of use the camera is now useless!!! The image has become blurry so all you can see is colors, no objects. I spoke to Lorex who agreed the camera was faulty as this should not have happened but because I am out of warranty and did not buy the extended warranty they will not stand by their product that they deemed faulty!
