The clips on the brackets

The clips on the brackets that mount the doorbell broke off. I have been going back and forth for two weeks with Lorex to get it replaced and still don’t have it.

Doorbell Inoperative

After installing the doorbell per the instructions and pressing the ring button, the doorbell became inoperative. This is the second similar issue I've encountered and unsure why the doorbell becomes inoperative after the first ring. Deciding if to trash the whole Lorex system that I have and look at other products from other vendors.

The product was a great value and exceptional quality. I did have issues with connecting to the existing mechanical doorbell. If you are using the angled base, the hole for mounting need to be drilled on the 15 degree angle and not straight as the instructions show.

Switched from nest door bell and this one seems to do all the same things except facial recognition and no subscription fee. This one also seems more reliable at me getting notifications.

Only one device can receive notifications
