Doesn't event record well

I'm getting packages delivered but no event recordings, even though the delivery person is well within the frame. I can see the whole thing in the timeline continuous recording, but there is no event recording of the incident.

Doorbell shorts out when using wired electric chime

This is a known issue, beware. Lorex has just given me the run around as I have tried to get help with this issue. There are many posts online about this. Not sure if new doorbells are affected or not.

Great picture, fair sound

It has a great , clear picture. The issue with it is there is some rock in front ant to the left of the view which at night makes the infrared key into it , and kill any distance. There is no way I have fount to exclude that portion. I may try the angle block and see if that helps. It still, like the ring units give splotchy cconversionand takes a minute to get to the picture. All in all I do like it better than the others. Couldn't afford the 4k, would like to see how it works.

completely stopped working after installation.

completely stopped working after installation. detected nothing, recorded nothing, no notifications. had to spend over an hour on the phone with tech support days after installation. this could have been really bad if the camera was needed and we had no idea because it wasnt working and the app made no mention of anything being wrong
