The doorbell has had a red/pink screen from the moment it was installed out the box. Troubleshooting has been futile. Planning to return.

Nice job Lorex. They even supplied each camera with CAT cable, I had enough to run my whole system. My system has 7 POE wired cams on it, three wifi cams, and 1 doorbell cam currently. Easy setup, worst part was pulling wire in Arizona heat in the attic. Pictures and audio are nice and clear locally or remotely.

Very Nice Product

I added this (Fusion) 2K Wi-Fi doorbell to my new Lorex IP NVR system. I was even able to integrate it with our existing M&S intercom, so its chime also works when the doorbell is pushed. I am quite pleased with this doorbell. Picture quality is very good. Overall, it is high quality and has rich associated application 'settings' functionality. I would purchase it again.

needs improvement with connectivity using WiFi
and to add camera to NVR.
mobile app works good, alerting could be improved as delay in alerting is excessive or non existing.
