This doorbell has been nothing but problem few weeks after install.
It is randomly freezing and handing. I always remove it from the wall and reset to make it sync with the NVR time.

I reached out to the technical support team and no one replied.
So, I am not sure what exactly going on. May be lorex should push out an update to fix that bug causing the doorbell to freeze randomly.

Doorbell works great and does everything you’d expect. I love the fact that it’s local storage and does not require a subscription like Ring. Picture and audio quality is great.

Excellent door bell camera. No monthly fees. Sd card holds recording only thing need 254 sd card , 32 card fills quick always reformatting ( resetting for more room ). Otherwise great camera.

I like the doorbell & ease of installation. I really wish that I could turn off the outside chime & turn off the notifications unless the doorbell is actually rung. Getting a notifications every time people walk by the house is pretty annoying. Hopefully that is a simple firmware upgrade that can be made.
