Camera is not detecting motion and sending alerts through the app. Connected/online, live feed works great, but no in app notifications.

The best doorbell in my opinion you can get. Had another company's it was ok . But this gave me the ability to have it on my monitor and it's comes with a storage card to record as many others do not . Picture clarity is very good . Was worth the purchase .

Works great for about a year

After about a year of usage it starts getting very glitchy, takes a very long time to connect and freezes and stops playing. Not sure if I need to replace device or what, but I'm not happy withtit.

Our first experience with video Door bell

This thing works great but it’s super sensitive. It picks up cars on our road at night which is 700’ away. It’s crazy that it works that far away. Sometimes the bugs set off the motion detector and notify you. When I first turned it on and rang doorbell it notified me instantly and rang my phone. Now for some reason, the person at my door is already gone and walked away before it notifies me now. Not sure why it’s delayed. That’s my only complaint really. I called and had Lorex help me set up my equipment originally and they made it easy and simple. Tech support knowledge and help was the best I’ve ever had with any product anywhere.
