It needs a DUAL UP-DOWN/ SIDE ANGLE plate to accomadate the need for both angles at the same time.Not either/or.

Chime on the doorbell itself stopped working

The chime on the doorbell itself has stopped working. It gives static noise when the bell is rang. There is no issue with power to the door bell. The new new support was no use when I called for support.

On it's own ok... does not work with Google Home the way it should... doorbell will not ring through google home speakers or hub.

I was drawn by the fact that there is no monthy fee and still had google home support advertised. But this doorbel will not trigger a chime on google speakers when somone is at the door like every other doorbell does. So the google home integration is nearly useless.

OK, but it has problems..

I've had this installed for a few months now and while it works, it's not a good as I thought it would be. For starters, the light for the outside doorbell button cannot be dimmed, so I get a LOT of motion notifications at night with bugs flying around the light. Next, the tone is loud on the outside (at the unit). I expect it to be loud inside the house, but I don't think my neighbors care if someone is coming to visit us. It would be nice to be able to tone it down. I mean, the person is only an arm's length away. Next, the notification that someone is at the door is sometimes delayed... by 5 to 10 minutes. Good if you want to ignore whoever's at the door, but I'd prefer a option. Next, you only have 3 options for Doorbell ringtone on your phone, and neither are very good, also the ringtone plays very loud. I finally disabled it.
If you just want a video doorbell to see who "came" to your door while you were out, this is good. If you want one to show who is there now, keep looking.
