Nice Upgrade

I got these doorbell cameras about a week ago, they are nicer than the older version. They have a wider field of view (a tad wider than normal looking, but not bad) and the night view is way better. The day field of view is vibrant and clear. I thought the night view would have color input at night, but it doesn't. It's like a normal IR camera that views everything in black/white or grays. You can actually make out everything in the field of view, unlike the older version.

Easy install and setup. The wide angle of the camera makes it easy to install even with it on the side wall. The included angle mounting bracket was perfect to help get the right angle with the camera. Picture is fantastic and and the sound is very clear. I would recommend this Doorbell camera without a doubt.

Rather simple to install. Fit perfectly on the 1 1/2” door frame member and the tilted mounting bracket made for a great view of the front door area. No false notifications from passers-by out on the sidewalk. The night lite feature is a plus. Just remember to clear the included memory card periodically - I do it every week or two. When you wish to review activity, the vertical lines on the history indicator denote the instances when someone was near the door, so you don’t have to watch hours of recorded video to find one. Very clear video day or night.

Good doorbell camera

I replaced a RIng doorbell with this one mainly to be able to record all front porch activity on my fusion NVR. Tired of paying for a Ring subscription and also the Ring going offline to the point I was always having to set it up all over again every couple months. No issue with this one so far. Only problem I have is even after I set up motion zones I still get alerts from out on the street. Love the clarity and night vision of this thing though. Exponentially better than Ring.

visually the DB looked pretty cool, install was a breeze, picture quality compared to arlo was amazing, the mobile app took a little bit to get used to. couple issues i had was 1. so much screeching on the audio feedback and 2. it only records like 10 seconds. it would be nice to be able to go in and set the length of time it records video when motion is detected.
