Would have given 5 stars however the main reason i bought the lorex brand is because i have a lorex home security AV system that has 4 wired camera and supposedly can combine with 4 other cameras. I thought i would be able to pull the doorbell camera feed into my lorex system. Apparently that is not possible. It would be nice if i could look at my security monitor and see the doorbell video. It is all lorex? I really would have bought one that was compatable but assumed same brand name would work.

I have it wired up and temporary mounted in garage.
works as advertised, compatible with Lorex Home app that house security is on. I am building a recess for the house wall, to permanent mount the doorbell in, since it is not weatherproof rated.

The Lorex 2k Wired Video

The Lorex 2k Wired Video works great and I don't have to pay a monthly subscription to watch the recorded videos. I have more features, functions, and a better wider angle than the last doorbell.

Installed it myself, had to change the transformer… I had difficulty hooking up to my iPhone… But I got on the phone with a technician and we got it done. Very happy with this device.

The Lorex video doorbell is in my opinion the best performing, sleekest, user friendly video doorbell I have seen perform. Having helped friends and family install video doorbells of different brands and experiencing their performance, the Lorex really shines.
