Bluetooth with the charger box & hearing aids

Yes. I couldn't find out how the charger box and the hearing aids were connected if the bluetooth was "off." I didn't want constant bluetooth energy in my ears and head as this constant frequency is BAD for humans. Anyhow, I got James the techie and he explained that the bluetooth "off" button was about turning off and on the sync to the phone... not the connection that the hearing aid and the charger box have. Then he explained how to turn off the connection from the hearing aid to the charger box... You hold the side button for 10 seconds, then there is a flashing round light in the right top off the screen and then when you touch the screen you see that the bluetooth connection between the charger box and the hearing aid is indeed OFF!!! then to turn it on, just push the side button and walla, it is on so that you can change the mode and the volume. He was great... Other peeps working for you DO NOT KNOW THIS... so yawl better teach people so that us users know how.

Problem was taken care of by the online interview going through the steps from the very start inserting the hearing aids into the ear.

Bought this a month ago. All it does it make noise. Couldn't connect with my help call so I'm not really happy. It falls out of my ear so I don't wear it. Lots of problems

Love all the features of the Atom Pro 2

I bought the Atom Pro 2 about a month ago, very glad I did. Only problem I had was getting them fitted comfortably, but once I had a scheduled video with Myrose, everything is working perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
