Jove was kind, helpful and professional. She provided valuable information, answered my questions and concerns. It will take a while to adjust to the hearing aid but I am confident that once my concern that I shared with her is addressed, I'll become comfortable wearing the hearing aid.

Excellent Consultation for a Beginner User

I just received my hearing aids and found everything to be very loud. Then, I had my conference with Loren and learned so much that it made an immediate difference. She was so clear in her explanations, answered my questions right away and left me feeling confident that I could manage this learning period. Thank you.

Great hearing aids at a reasonable price!

I just received my hearing aids ION Pro 3 days ago, therefore, the review was perfect timing. The app was very easy to follow in order to set up the hearing aids. It was done in under 5 minutes. The call with the Audioloist helped me clarify some things tailored to my hearing needs.
