I've been trying to get someone to help with our refund since September. After talking to 2 others I still couldn't get a straight answer. Finally today Chad listened & actually understand what I needed .
She needs to check it out further but at least I feel like she will follow through.

Ahmad was extremely patient and helpful regarding my first experience with hearing aids. He was through in determining 1 pair of the hearing aids were defective.
