most excellent conversation with Charlize. Informative, friendly and bright. I learned a lot and am planning to upgrade my audien device as soon as I return from vacation. Many thanks, not only to Charlize, but to the engineers and designers of audien products who are enabling people to hear, giving back the power to hear to people that are effected by moderate deafness. Many people are in your debt and many more people need to know about audien products, the audien on line business model and the brilliant designers behind the product. Thank you.

So easy to use!!

I bought these for my husband, as he was really in denial about not hearing clearly. They have become a game changer that even he’s aware of now. Thank you to Stephen for his help in getting to know how to use these aides properly and to Audien for an affordable, super easy to use product that can help so many!!!

Wax ring problem

I’m having great success with my hearing aids however, I’m unable to get the wax ring out of the right hearing aid. The left one came right out, But the Video made it look like they twisted the Right ring out and so now it won’t come out at all

Easy to use

I have had these for about 3 weeks now and I have had an issue with connecting to my devices, I wrote them an email and had a call within the 24 hours as they stated. I missed the call and contacted the as per their email and I think the issues have been addressed so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wish I'd known about these years ago

I received my hearing aids a week ago and I've been wearing them everyday. My tinnitius is getting better every day and because of that I appear to hear better even without the aids. I love the way the aids interact with blue tooth so I can wear them wihile working and get phone calls easily. I can't say enough good things about this product.My hearing specialist was friendly and helpful and it was so nice knowing that I can reach out whenever I need help with something.
