Great service from Ranim

I called support bc of a problem with my new hearing aids. They were randomly turning off while in my ears and trying to get them to work was a royal pain. Putting them back in the controller would turn them on but when I removed them to put them back in my ears they would immediately turn off again. Ranim suggested resetting them which I did with her prompting me how to do it. So far so good. They’ve lasted the rest of the day. No turning off! Thank you, Ranim.

I'm still adjuisting to my hearing aids. For the most part I'm pretty satisfied. I learned some things that has helped me to alleviate the feedback that I was getting. Overall I'm quite satisfied.

I was surprised that a company would offer something like this. That being an after purchase teleconference call to help with set-up and use of the AtomX. It was an excellent experience. Rokka was an excellent presenter and a compassionate person. She took the time to answer my questions, offer suggestions, and I look forward to using my Atom X hearing aids. Great job Audien!
