Very nice people to work with

I was very apprehensive about purchasing hearing aids online instead of with an audiologist. So far I have been pleased with my purchase. I did eventually upgrade to the Atom X. I have spoken to a tech twice and both of the people have been very kind. Their accents were a little difficult to understand at first and the young lady's high voice was slightly difficult to understand but the more I talked to her, the more I could understand. The outcome of the calls was good and I continue to get used to the aids. They are better than not having them and I will see if they give me all the help I need.

Feedback noise upsetting

I bought this item to try an in-the-ear hearing aid. This first pair had to be exchanged due to an excessive feedback noise. The replacement pair still has the feedback but not as much. I'll try them during the 45 day trial, but most like return them if the occasional feedback doesn't stop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had a very good communication and understanding the reason I ordered the ION Pro. My 4-year-old Otikon hearing aids one day will have to be replaced. Otikon told me the price of a new Otikon set. I needed to look at an OTC hearing aid. Reading online, I felt that the Audien ION Pro was the hearing aid set I needed to test. Alex understood that I need to return them, as I do not know when my Otikon will ned to be changed. The ION Pro test was successful.
