Ahmad was super helpful. He is patient and able to answer all of my questions. He made sure that I had all of the information that I need to be successful in my new hearing journey. His explanations were very clear. He is a good listener as well as a great teacher!

My interview was not very satisfactory although the young woman tried hard. She was going to send me smaller plastic caps. My 45 days are almost out because it took so long to get scheduled. It is very difficult to adjust the settings.

Unfortunately we could not use the aids due to an 89 year old who has not been able to wear as well as other hearing aids as well. We are pleased with the service we are receiving.
