Ahmed was most helpful in getting the aid out of its case, and coaching me as to how it works .

I cannot review the device as your materials indicate it could take weeks to adjust to it.

I purchased Audien ion Pro hearing aids and they have opened my hearing horizon to new levels. Munna from Audien Support was instrumental in explaining the nuances in their use and now I have complete comfort in knowing how to use them.

I Ahmed helped me find the more comfortable way to use the Atom Pro 2. I am still trying to get used to using them. My hearing loss is very mild, I mainly struggle to hear conversations in a crowded room. I will be trying them at a wedding soon.
