I had a very informative video chat with Mohamed Noby at Audien Hearing. He was personable, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions. He helped me understand that Audien would not just sell hearing aids, then leave you "flat" when you need help or have questions. Two thumbs up!

I'm still new to the Atom X hearing aids and was grateful for the assistance Mahmoud gave me. With his help, I was able to change the domes to the smallest size fitting my ear better and decreasing the feedback issue I was having. I've had no problem after his guidance.

Atom Pro hearing aids are amazing!

My mother had severe hearing loss and these hearing aids worked amazingly! I would highly recommend the Atom Pro 2 hearing aids, as well as the Atom Pro 1. 10 out of 10 score!
