Atom X was received approximately 2+Weeks ago. I have difficulty with inserting the small cap into my ear. I will be purchasing the “Behind the ear” aids and I think it would be of assistance to others to learn of the availability of that type before receiving any aids. The presentation was easily understood and helpful.

Amel Dy is an amazingly kind, considerate and very patient teacher/adviser/supporter. I haven't been able to overcome my learning curve problems--but I will because of Amel. When you advertise how great the Atom X is, you need to add that Amel and the rest of your support team will stand right with the new user.
