Was having problems getting the Atom Pro2 hearing aids to fit properly and they whistled constantly. Vicente on Video call sent me smallest domes to help seat the aid better. I got a better fit but the whistling continued. Had another video call with Julian who had all the information and decided I would do better with their behind and in the ear aids and is exchanging them for me with no additional cost. Hopefully this will work. I'm pleased Audien is making every effort to resolve this issue.
