Right Product, Right Price, Right Time

I have been watching the market offerings for the past 2 years. The Atom X OTC hit all the targets, CIC (almost) Bluetooth, control outside of the X Aid.
Windave did a fine job.
I love it, thanks....
1. You should also consider porting the software to cell phones as an option to eliminate carrying the control box.
2. You should also consider placing a small microphone in the control unit to assist with sound pick-up.
3. Consider placing the User Instruction Manual/Guide on a portal for down load.

Love all the modes!

Noby was very helpful and very patient. It will take awhile to see how well these hearing aids work for my husband as he can hear words, but they are distorted at times. The hearing aids come with many features!

This is my second attempt; my first review apparently failed to go thru. Samantha Jewell Fausto was most helpful, and I appreciate her efforts. The follow-up email, however, was incorrect. The item I am returning for replacement is the ION, not the Atom Pro 2.
