Great Help with a Better Hearing Product for Me

Windave Parajes was very helpful and listened carefully to my issues with the product. We agreed that it didn't suit my particular hearing issues. Thankfully, he suggested and BTE product that is more consistent with my previous hearing aids. I appreciate his assistance and look forward to using the new product we've discussed.

Quality of hearing aids is very good. Unfortunately, I had to return them because they did not help the buzzing in my ears.

I just received these hearing devices. I am working to get used to them. One continues to screech, even with the volume on 1 and on mode 1.
