Great products and Excellent customer care

I had bought the Audien Atom Pro 2 devices and was immediately pleased that the basic printed instructions were so clear and simple. I quickly fitted and then tested them at work for a full 8 hours. That is where I would most need them. It will take time experimenting with the different Volume and Mode settings to best meet my needs in a noisy environment in which I will still need to clearly hear customers voices. The follow-up video conference with hearing specialist Jove was also very valuable. That helped clarify some minor thoughts I'd had, and to ensure I was indeed setting these up correctly and for proper fit, and to advise me on the necessary care and maintenance of this product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I did purchase this about a month ago, especially since it stated they were smaller. However, my ear canal must be very small because they just wouldn't stay in. I have trouble finding earplugs that stay in as well. So I called to return them when Munna Hassan suggested the ones with a wire in the ear instead of the whole thing. So I agreed to try them. He was very helpful and patient. Can't wait to try them. I know my family will be glad too!

Jove was very polite. She misunderstood several of my questions, but we figured it out. Also, couldn’t share her screen with me for some reason. Maybe because I was using my iPhone? I really won’t know how my issues resolve because I need to wait two or three weeks for my brain to catch up. I did get some useful suggestions regarding volume.

I have only worn the Ion Pro devices for four days. I am learning the nuances of using them properly. I believe it is too early to assess them fully, but I am pleased with their performance so far. Ahmad was very helpful and pleasant to work with on myvrecent video appointment.

I received my hearing aids last week read all the brochures included and popped them in my ears. And I like them. It will take 4 weeks for my ears and brain to get used to them. But I feel very comfortable with them
