Nice fit but not enough volume for me.

I bought these a month ago but the volume wouldn't go high enough for me to hear. Chambers was a great help and offered to sell me a more powerful set but I decided to return these instead.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mine is the Atom Pro 2. The video support was informative especially on changing the wax guards. The user manual was less clear on this.

Had problems with ion pro not charging Chadrine was very help with taking care of the issues by sending me a replacement , also she was very pleasant and understanding

Great follow-up service

I bought Atom X about two weeks ago for my husband and I am glad that I did because now he is finally able to do something about his hearing loss. With the help of our Audien hearing aid specialist (Chadrine) who walked us through setting up our device and helped us customize the fit and sound, and patiently addressed our questions/concerns, we are confident that in due time my husband will be able to get used to his device and enable him to "reconnect with the sounds and moments that matter most."
