An experience and detailed knowledge of the product personnel is always appreciated.
Arnell is very Talented and very good in closing a sale. I called for buying an insurance of my
2 units which I had already bought earlier and end up a new Atom X on her recommendation.

Not Up to Par

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and had to return the product. While the operation is convenient, the sound is not up to par. Compared to by Atom Ion, it does not produce the sound quality I had hoped for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have enjoyed my Atom X hearing aids to the max. I had to experiment with the tips for a comfortable fit but other than that it was like I had always worn them. If you think you might have a “vain” issue with them being seen, just ask yourself if you had rather “hear what people are saying to you or not hear.” I obviously chose the latter.
I would recommend this to a friend!
