Very comfortable to wear. Easy to insert and take out. Appreciate the ability to recharge and no batteries.

I’m still working on getting used to them. It’s a huge learning curve and they are kinda big my ears are small! The specialist was amazing he and I will connect again.

It was so convenient to have someone actually call me and do a zoom so I could show them exactly what was happening to my unit. This is the first time I had a service like this and it was great. There were several touches to remind me of the call which made it easier to be on time and not forget it.
